After an Eevee catch in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Since the first generation Eevee has been a fan favorite, from its adorable look to its multiple branched evolutions everyone enjoys Eevee. Luckily in Pokemon Legends: Arceus you can get an Eevee pretty early on, this is especially important in a game where there's no breeding mechanics if you want to get all eight Eeveelutions. In this Pokemon Legends: Arceus How To Catch Eevee guide we'll point out early locations to get your hands on this adorable pokemon.

The method of evolving Eevee in Pokemon Legends: Arceus is identical to other mainline Pokemon titles but finding the items needed can be difficult. With new ways to raise happiness and catch Pokemon, grabbing an Eevee isn't as cut and dry as you might expect!

In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Eevee spawns around the ponds in Horseshoe Plains.

Where to find Eevee in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Eevee can be found around various areas within the Horseshoe Plains, which is located in the Obsidian Fieldlands. We were able to find two locations where Eevee spawns but there very well could be more. Eevee can spawn at anytime but it is best to find it during the day to avoid running into Drifloon.

If you're further on in the game, Eevee can also be more reliably found at the Distortion Event in the Cobalt Coastlands.

How to catch Eevee in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

If Eevee isn't found at the locations above, a Bidoof or a Drifloon will be in its place. Clear these locations of any other Pokemon through catching or battling. Once done, teleport back to the Fieldlands Camp to rest and change the time to evening. Drifloon spawn during the night and despawn during the day so going from evening to morning will clear these Pokemon for you.

Once rested, head back to the Eevee spawn location and cautiously approach. Eevee is skittish so it will run a few moments after noticing you. If this occurs, throw one of your Pokemon at the Eevee to engage it in battle. This will prevent it from despawning. If Eevee doesn't notice you, throw down an Oran Berry to distract it and attempt to throw a Pokeball at it from behind.

How to evolve every Eeveelution in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Eevee is a Pokemon that has the unique ability to evolve into a multitude of different Pokemon. This is no different in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Most of the items needed to evolve Eevee can be found in the Distortion Event but randomly.
