Codex Entry: Sentinel Prime

Simply follow the walkway from the start of the mission for Codex Entry: Sentinel Prime.

Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 4

Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 4 will be in front of you after the elevator cutscene.

Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 5

Simply follow the objective marker and proceed normally to find Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 5.

Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 6

After the Khan Maykr hologram shows up, there will be a gate. Simply go to the left of the gate to get around it for the Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 6.

Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 7

After getting the previous Codex Entry, use the monkey bars to get to the upper floor and go left for the Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 7.

Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 8

The Khan Maykr will pop up again on a rather long flight of stairs. Instead of taking the stairs, go to the right of the stairs to reach the Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 8. 

Praetor Suit Token

Go up the stairs, then go right. Follow the hall, then dash across the room for the Praetor Suit Token.

Simply follow the objective marker to get Codex Entry: History of the Sentinels Pt. 9. 

Codex Entry: Deag Grav

After taking the elevator up, the Khan Maykr's hologram will make an appearance once more. Turn around to find the Codex Entry: Deag Grav instead.

Codex Entry: Gladiator

Before you enter the coliseum, go to the right to get the Codex Entry: Gladiator.
