Creatures of Ava Stamina Kit Locations

In Creatures of Ava you'll be spending the majority of your time exploring the four different biomes of Ava. Exploring can be made easier by increasing your Stamina by finding the different Stamina Kits lying around.

How many Stamina Kits are there in Creatures of Ava?

There are nine different Stamina Kits to be found across Ava. After collecting three Stamina Kits you'll be rewarded with a Stamina Upgrade. These upgrades occur automatically but if you want to see how many Stamina Kits you currently have you can by looking at the Crafting Menu.

Tamura Grasslands Stamina Kit Locations

1. After obtaining the power to slow vine growth in the Nari Jungle as part of the story return to the Tamura Grasslands. Dive down into the quarry to the west of the Scientific Refuge. At the bottom of this chasm there will be a doorway you can slow the vine growth on to get access to a Stamina Kit.
2. South West from the Scientific Refuge, look over the edge to see a Yellow Bulb of Wither. Break this open to find the Stamina Kit.
3. Down the Northmost road from the Antaris Hermitage gateway there's a built structure before you cross over water. Here you'll find the Stamina Kit.

Nari Jungle Stamina Kit Locations

1. After finding your way to the Experiment Room as part of the story head North-East and you'll find a large hole you can make your way down and then back up. On the ascent you'll be able to find this Stamina Kit.
2. To the East of the Marsh of Shine there are breakable walls that will reveal a pathway onto a higher level. Slow down some vines here and you'll be able to find this Stamina Kit.

Maruba Swamp Stamina Kit Locations

1. This Stamina Kit can be found inside the Swamp Teleprot Secondary Station, inside and just down the hallway.
2. In the Blue Food Woods, right before you reach New Lan-Lania you'll see a number of walls that can be broken through. Destroy these to obtain this Stamina Kit

Antar Dunes Stamina Kit Locations

1. South East from the Naam Camp there is a small puzzle section that requires you to push a block to get inside and then on top of a building. Once you're on the building walk across a ledge to find this Stamina Kit.
2. South West from the Naam Camp there is another puzzle section that will let you use a pushing creature and a creature that can knock over the towers to reach a ledge with the Stamina Kit.
