Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Music Record Locations

This guide will go over where you can find each Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Music Record, including one that is potentially missable.

Music Records are one of a few collectables in Expedition 33, letting you play music tracks while camping. They're mostly found in optional areas, or bought from vendors.

However, while you can usually collect them at any time, there's one that might be missable (though this could be a bug or unintended).

Missable Music Record

There are two records you can find with the same name, once during the Prologue and the other a long while after. As of the release build, you have to collect both to get the Connoisseur achievement.

This Music Record, can be obtained shortly after the opening. Once you get control during the Prologue and can enter the main part of town, continue until you're almost at the pier.

From there, head right and you'll see dancers performing on stage. Slightly to the right of this is a strange Mime, one of many you'll be able to encounter during the Expedition.

Talking to it will initiate a fight. You can't do big damage until the break meter (the yellow one below its health) is filled and then broken using Gustave's Overcharge skill.

Defeating it will grant you the Lumiere Music Record. Another version of this can be obtained much later on, which also counts as a separate collectable from the achievement. Thankfully, you can use New Game Plus+ to obtain this quickly if you miss it initially.

You can view which music records you have already obtained via the Quest Item section of the Inventory, or by looking through the list at the camp's record player.

• Lumiere: Defeat the mime at the docks in Lumiere during the Prologue.
• Goblu: World Map merchant

• Un 33 Decembre A Lumiere: Twilight Pier
• Lights of the Past: Ancient Gestral City
• Lost Voice: Map merchant (east of Monoco's Station)

• Verso: Anger Vale. Head right into the cave before the mask, then right again. Go through the door to the Manor.
• Lettre a Maelle: Camp event
• L’amour D’une Mere: Inside the Monolith. Tainted Battlefield. After passing the main battlefield, head left into the cave and go through the door to the Manor.
• Sciel: Relationship rank 6 with Sciel
• Until Next Life: Falling Leaves. Talk to the boy by the door in the first area, then turn around and go down into the lower path. Talk to the being hanging from the wall, then return to the boy. Fight boss at the end of the path through the door, then talk to the boy again.
• Lumiere: Lumiere, inside opera house
• Honeymoon in Lumiere: White Tree
• Reverence: Blades’ Graveyard
• Alicia’s Birthday Party: Ship Graveyard.
• Robe De Jour: Map merchant (south of Sirene)

• Lune: Relationship rank 6 with Lune
• Children of Lumiere: Map merchant (near Sacred River)

• Monoco: Relationship rank 6 with Monoco
• Linen and Cotton: Map merchant (north of Visages)

• Le Grand Cafe De Lumiere: The Carousel, left in a cave near the entrance
• Clea! Don’t Pull Your Sister’s Hair: Frozen Hearts. Use door inside frozen cave to reach room in the Manor.
• Aline’s Glasshouse: Lost Woods
• Our Painted Family: The Meadows
• Aline: White Sands
• Nocturne Pour Un Masque De Tristesse: The Manor. In the main dining hall, there are four buttons to activate: Right wall pillar, the pillar at the back right, back left wall, and the wall left of the fireplace. Hitting all of these opens a small entrance below the button next to the fireplace, with the Music Record inside one of the breakable boxes.

• Reveries Dans Paris: Flying Casino (behind casino)
• Gustave: Stone Wave Cliffs (return later after story)
• Forlorn: World map Manor door (east side)

• Endless Light: Renoir’s Drafts. Head left at the first split. Then down and right after grappling up building.
• Nocturne Pour Lumiere: Sinister Cave. Once you enter the main cave, head right and keep going until you reach the grapple point. Grapple up, turn around then use the second grapple point. From there keep going along this top route, following the turn to the left. You’ll see a small path off to the right. Inside this is a small section with a hole in the middle. Drop down to find the record.

• Clea: Beat the Endless Tower
• Renoir: Old Lumiere. Before manor at end, go left and into the door.
