Chef RPG's setting includes the town of White Ash Harbor and an expansive wilderness jam-packed with ingredients for your restaurant. You'll need to frequently visit town to buy supplies or interact with the locals, but navigating the map can be a pain — check out the map below along with notable points of interest and shop hours!
Chef RPG Map
The Chef RPG map has bountiful ingredients for you to collect. The town of White Ash Harbor is densely packed with points of interest including residences, shops, and government buildings.
How to Fast Travel
You can unlock the ability to fast travel in Chef RPG by taking on the "Explorer" skill. This will give you a button that you can click to travel back home as quickly as possible.
It should be noted that fast travel is not instantaneous — time does indeed pass when you're fast traveling. Hovering over the fast travel button on the Chef RPG map will show you precisely how long it will take to get back home.
Chef RPG Locations
Here are all of the notable locations that we've found in Chef RPG; this list excludes most of the townspeople's personal residences.
April's Treasures
Hours: Open weekdays 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
April's Treasures is closed until you progress to Act 2 of the story. Once you make it to Act 2, April will teach you about brewing tea and she'll sell flowers, some gift items, and seeds that you can plant in her greenhouse.
Bea's Bar
Hours: Open every day 5:00 PM– 11:00 PM
Bea's Bar is where you can buy alcoholic drinks for cooking and consumption. You can also purchase a small selection of other items here.
Bibi Apartments
The Bibi Apartments appears to be a building where NPCs live.
Bits & Pieces
Hours: Open every day 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Bits & Pieces sells an Antique Mining Drill and a few pieces of clothing at first. Increasing your friendship with Bianca will give you access to more items to purchase including powerful accessories that can buff your character.
Blocked Paths
Multiple blocked paths can be found in the northwestern area of the map. These paths will be opened once you've explored the Peony Bathhouse some more and progressed into Act 3.
Broken Stairs
We don't yet know how to repair the broken stairs and where they might lead at this time.
Bubble Shack and Hasel's House
Hours: Open weekdays 9:30 AM–4:30 PM
The Bubble Shack sells consumable drinks. Hasel lives on the second floor of the building.
Caves
There are two caves connected to the southwestern beach. Unfortunately, they're blocked off at the start of the game and you won't be able to go inside of them until you progress the story and begin Act 2.
This cave system is where you can mine ore and gems; these materials can be used to craft useful items for your restaurant and greenhouse.
Chop
Hours: Open weekdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Chop is the local butcher shop where you can buy cuts of animal meat and certain animal products such as Eggs.
Circuit Lodge
This is the apartment building where you live at the start of Chef RPG.
Eight Eleven
Hours: Open every day, 24 hours
Eight Eleven is a 24-hour convenience store that sells some consumables and a handful of cooking ingredients. Notably, Eight Eleven is a source of Cream and Flour 24/7; these two ingredients are critical for many of the recipes you can cook.
Fish King
Hours: Open weekdays 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Fish King sells raw fish meat.
Fishing Supplies
Hours: Open weekdays 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
The FIshing Supplies store sells a basic fishing rot and a couple of hats.
Greenstalk
Hours: Open weekdays 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Greenstalk is the store where you can buy fresh vegetables.
Hotel Rosé
The Hotel Rosé is a location where other NPCs can stay. It has a gallery in the basement that appears to thank certain Kickstarter backers.
There are multiple entrances to Hotel Rosé spread throughout the town.
House for Sale
This house is for sale. You can't purchase it at the start of the game, but you'll gain the ability to buy it once you've progressed the story to Act 2. This house can be totally customized to your taste and you can also expand its size as long as you have the necessary Credits and Power Cells to pay for the work.
Huntorium and Pomarine's House
Hours: Open weekdays 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
The Huntorium is where you can buy tools for hunting and farming.
La Galerie
Hours: Open weekdays 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
La Galerie is where you can buy furniture for your home and your restaurant. You can also buy cooking stations here.
La Sequoia
Hours: Open whenever you want
La Sequoia is your restaurant. It's open whenever you want it to be open.
Milk & Wheat Mini Mart
Hours:
The Milk & Wheat Mini Mart sells grains and dairy products such as Cream.
Milo's Apparel
Hours: Open weekdays 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Milo's Apparel is where you can buy new clothing items for yourself.
Nabiha's Berries and Nabiha's Apartment
Hours: Open weekdays 9:30 AM–4:00 PM
Nabiha's Berries is a store where you can buy fresh fruit. Nabiha's Apartment is right next door.
Parcel Co.
The Parcel Co. is where you go to deliver packages that you pick up for Bulletin Board Quests.
Peony Bathhouse
This location is reported to be haunted. Not much else is known about it in the early game, but you eventually learn that it is indeed occupied and you're tasked with repairing it back to working order in Act 3.
Rec Center
The Rec Center does not appear to have any gameplay function as far as we can tell in the early game of Chef RPG.
Takashi Farmhouse
Hours: ? days. 11:30 AM–?
Anna-May and May-Lou live here. Anna-May sells artisan-crafted goods that you can purchase for large sums of Credits along with some raw materials that are acquired through foraging and mining.
Takoyaki
Hours: Open every day, 24 hours
The Takoyaki stand is a fast food place where you can get a hot meal 24 hours a day.
Town Hall
Hours: Open every day 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
The Town Hall is where you can get new buildings and building upgrades constructed once you've unlocked them by progressing the story.
A Bulletin Board is placed outside of the Town Hall; you can use it to take on Bulletin Board quests such as parcel deliveries and take-out orders.
Valentina's Infirmary / White Ash Infirmary
Hours: Open every day, 24 hours
Valentina's Infirmary is where you'll end up if you pass out or are critically wounded. You can purchase healing supplies from Valentina.
Volcano
The Volcano is the second area where you can go mining. You'll need heat resistance items or clothing to survive the heat which is constantly draining your health.
In addition to the usual materials, you can also find Sulphur here; Sulphur is needed for the Peony Bathhouse.
