You'll begin your adventure in Brighter Shores in the region of Hopeport, a bustling port town with some nearby beaches and wilderness. There is a lot of adventure (and danger) to be found here, whether you're out to fight goblins or you simply want to gather plants in the wild areas. You'll have access to much of the Brighter Shores Hopeport Map after you've completed the tutorial quests. The town has many crisscrossing streets, but some of the wilderness areas to the west and southwest are more difficult to get to directly.


Notable Brighter Shores Hopeport Locations

Here are the notable locations that you'll find on the Brighter Shores Hopeport Map.


Apothecary

The Apothecary is where you can purchase or sell potions and train your Alchemist profession. You can also store alchemy ingredients and potions here.

Brannof Hall

Brannof Hall is home to the wealthy Brannof family. Some of the quests require you to drop by here.

The Cloakroom

The Cloakroom is where you can purchase capes for professions that have reached at least Level 50.

The Delectable Dab Restaurant and Kitchen

The Delectable Dab Restaurant is involved in some quests such as The Lost Shipment. The kitchen in the back is where you can train in the Chef profession.

Enchantress Shop

The Enchantress Shop is where you can enchant your profession tools in order to get a slight experience bonus. It's rather expensive, so you shouldn't even think about investing in this for any professions that are below Level 20.

The Forager's Warehouse

The Forager's Warehouse is where you can sell forageables and purchase tools for the Forager profession.

The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall

The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall is where you can buy or sell fish that you catch with the Fisherman profession. It is also briefly involved in The Lost Shipment quest.

Hairdresser

The Hairdresser is where you can change your hairstyle. You'll also have to momentarily stop by here for The Lost Shipment quest.

The Hooked Hand

The Hooked Hand is a bar filled with thieves and scoundrels. You'll visit this location for multiple quests.

Hopeport Obelisk

The Hopeport Obelisk is where you can attune your weapons to the Hopeport region after you've completed The Obelisk quest.

Melv's Fishing Supplies

Melv's Fishing Supplies is where you can buy the tools you need for the Fisherman profession.

Town Gates

The Town Gates are where you have to go to start The Obelisk quest. It also leads to the Hopeforest region once you've completed the main story quest objectives in Hopeport.

Quartermaster

The Quartermaster is where you'll get your first weapon. You can also sell any excess weapons and armor that you get from the fighting you'll do for the Guard and Scout professions.


How to Fast Travel in Brighter Shores

You can fast travel in Brighter Shores by using the Teleport Spell to travel to Portal Stones. Each region has at least one Portal Stone that must be activated before you can teleport to it.
