Blue Prince Room 8 Solution Guide

If you've solved the Gallery you'll have been able to obtain for yourself the Room 8 key. This strange key with a handle in the shape of the number 8 is the only way to draft Room #8 for the Blue Prince mansion.

Room 8 Hints

The first issue you'll find with this key is that the majority of the locks you try it on will fail to fit it. Much like the Secret Garden Key there are specific places that this key can be used.

Finding Room 8

Now that you have the key the next step is to discern where you need to insert this key. The biggest hint for this is hidden in the name of the key.

Solving Room 8

After using the Room 8 key to get into a room at Rank 8 you'll find yourself in the room that was one of the paintings in The Gallery. Inside this space are eight boxes, each with a different word on it and eight different statues of animals with a message on them.

To complete this room you'll need to put the animals in their correct boxes. The messages for each animal are:

• Lion - To first begin place me within a bin with an 'n' within it's sin
• Penguin - The sum of my sin as it is penned is a number within the room we are in
• Swan - I recommend you think again if I am ever in a bin far from the fin
• Dog - You won't find my bin in between sin for I deserve to be in a bin on the end
• Elephant - To my chagrin my neighbor's sin is written thin to fit it all in
• Rabbit - I share a trend with my neighbor's sin a letter and its twin appear on each bin
• Bear - If we spend a min or ten lounging in the den you'll know which bin I'm often in
• Monkey - The bin i tend to wind up in is near the bend in the tail of the skin

For solving this puzzle our recommendation is to create a table and fill out all of the possible spaces that any of these statues could be. Once you find certain animals that can only be in one or two places you can then cross those possibilities off for other animals.

Through the process of continual elimination you'll end up solving this puzzle. There's also nothing that will penalize you for putting an animal in the wrong place, if you aren't certain but have it down to a few final choices then you can try all of your options.
