Avowed Totem of Rightful Rulership Pieces Guide | Dawnshore Totem

There are four different Totems to be collected in Avowed, each giving you special bonuses that can be activated. The Dawnshore Totem, called the Totem of Rightful Rulership and a totem dedicated to Woedica, will likely be the first one you complete. We've hunted down all the pieces, and have a map and locations for you.

If you purchase Fragments of the Scales from Sanza in Dawnshore's North Paradis for 500 Skeyt, you'll also have some clues to hunt down each of the pieces of Woedica's totem in Avowed. Jump to the Map, if you just want to know where they are.

Dawnshore Totem Bonuses (Scales of the Oathbinder)

With every totem you complete, you're able to activate it and gain 6 different buffs that remain active until you activate a different totem. The bonuses for the Totem of Defiance are:

• Swift Orders: Reduces Companion ability cooldowns by 15%
• The Power of Command: Activating a Companion ability increases your damage for 5 seconds
• Sympathy for the Damned: Critical Hits deal high Fire Accumulation
• The Queen's Burden: +2 Intellect, +2 Resolve
• Noblesse Oblige: Reviving a Companion grants rapid Health and Essence regeneration
• Flames of Resurrection: Second Wind casts Ring of Fire

Totem Core: Scales of the Oathbinder

• Clue: The Burned Queen's totem patiently waits amidst ruins of the heathens she hates.
• Scales of the Oathbinder Totem Location: Found in the Shrine to Woedica Northwest of Paradis hightown, and to the east of The Rise.

Totem Piece 1: Golden Plaque of Promises

• Clue: Beneath an Amethyst light on high, this shining plaque draws sailors' eyes.
• Golden Plaque of Promises Location: Found at the top of the lighthouse, west of Paradis.

Totem Piece 2: Golden Plaque of Oaths

• Clue: Fragments of the Scales: Below death's grip so icy and cold await ancient oaths cast in gold.
• Golden Plaque of Oaths Location: Found in a cave, near where you find the Dawnlands Cartographer. You can either destroy the gate above the Plaque, or head into the cave, drop down into some water and come back up near it. RD has picture/location

Totem Piece 3: Golden Scale of Justice

• Clue: Overlooking booths where goods are sold, this balcony leads to order's hold.
• Golden Scale of Justice Location: Found in the Market District of Paradis, there's a balcony overlooking the Market area on the north side. As seen in the picture, you'll have to climb up and jump onto the balcony, after which you'll head down and kill a number of phantoms before you can pick this item up.

Totem Piece 4: Broken Crown Jewel

• Clue: This golden crown's stolen gem can be found in the emporium.
• Piece Location: Found in the Emporium (where Sanza is after you find the Cartographer's Map near the Plaque of Oaths), in the back room on the table.

Totem Piece 5: Golden Scale of Order

• Clue: In Dwarven halls 'neath mountain shroud, the Strangler's justice can be found.
• Golden Scale of Order Location: Found at the very top of the Pargrun Cache to the east of the Overgrown Expanse Camp. You'll climb up until until your reach some wooden platforms, there's a chest with normal items inside and then another jump that will take you on top of some roots, and one final jump that reaches the nest containing this item.

Totem Piece 6: Golden Flames

• Clue: Atop the isle of wicked outlaws flicker golden flames of a glorious cause.
• Golden Flames Location: Found on Castol's Folly, SouthEast of Paradis. You'll find this to the left of the fallen tower that's glowing with blue fragments, across a jump to the north on a cliff edge.
