Our Avowed The Siege of Paradis Quest Choice Guide tells you what you should do in your final fight against Inquisitor Lodwyn after visiting The Garden.

Avowed The Siege of Paradis Quest Choice | How to Avoid the Fight with Inquisitor Lodwyn
The Avowed The Siege of Paradis Quest choice is a simple one: will you fight Inquisitor Lodwyn during the Siege of Paradis or not? Unfortunately, this isn't something you can solve with dialogue alone. You're going to need some seriously beefy Attribute Points if you want to succeed.
Let's recap: Inquisitor Lodwyn is leading the Steel Garrote in The Living Lands and she spends most of the game trying to destroy the source of the Dreamscourge. Unfortunately, the source of the plague is the same thing that gives you your Godlike Abilities: Sapadal, the god of The Living Lands.
This can ultimately result in the final battle against Inquisitor Lodwyn. However, there's a way to avoid the fight entirely if your stats are high enough.

You'll need 15 points in either Intellect, Perception, or Resolve to successfully talk Lodwyn out of fighting you. It might be hard to reach these numbers with your base stats, but you can increase them with the right Unique Items, food buffs, God Totems, and Companion buffs.
There will be four successive skill checks of 12, 13, 14, and finally 15 points in these three Attributes. If you can pass the fourth and final check, Inquisitor Lodwyn will lose her faith in Woedica and simply fall over dead.
There doesn't appear to be a way to get Inquisitor Lodwyn to survive and stand down peacefully, so your only real options are to shatter her belief in Woedica or beat her in a straight-up fight. Lodwyn is the toughest fight in the game by far, so it's a good idea to try to buff your stats and avoid this battle altogether if you can.
