Avowed A Lady Never Tells Quest Choice | Should You Report Giuliana?

No, you should not report Giuliana for the Avowed A Lady Never Tells quest choice. If you decide to keep her secret, you'll get a better reward immediately — and she'll help you out later in the game.

When you first land in Dawnshore, you'll see a warehouse to your left that is guarded by some Sparrowhawks. One of the items inside this warehouse is Giuliana's Shipment. Retrieve it, and you can talk to her in the Pearl District after you're able to enter Paradis properly.

Speak with Giuliana and you will effectively have three options: report her, extort her, or keep her secret. If you choose to keep her secret, she'll give you the Unique Item "Night-Mistress' Favor," a useful Trinket for spellcasters as it allows you to slowly regenerate your Essence when near a Companion.

However, that is not the only boon — if you choose to keep Giuliana's secret, she'll help you again all the way in the final battle:

The final chapter of Avowed has the town of Paradis under siege. If you've helped Giuliana by delivering her shipment and keeping the contents secret, she'll appear to you while you're fighting your way through the town. Giuliana will give you the Canal Key which allows you to open a side door and bypass a fight against five or so enemies.

It may be a small favor, but you'll have to fight dozens of enemies during the Siege of Paradis and every little bit of help counts. Make sure to help Giuliana when you first land in Dawnshore and you'll get to save some time when you're approaching the final boss at the end of the game.
