Xbox Game Pass November 2024 - ones to watch

As ever, we've highlighted a few of the games we think are particularly worth paying attention to this month, so if you're stuck for a direction, here are some of our recommendations!

Metal Slug Tactics - November 5th (PC, console, cloud)

It's taken quite a while for Metal Slug Tactics to be released, but now that it's finally almost here, you can check it out on Game Pass on day one, which should soften the blow a little.

This more thoughtful, tactical approach to the Metal Slug series looks like it's giving up none of the franchise's trademark chaotic action, even though it's a turn-based tactics game.

StarCraft: Remastered and StarCraft 2: Campaign Collection - November 5th (PC)

If you've never played Blizzard's seminal StarCraft games before, then their release on Game Pass via Ultimate and PC should give you the perfect excuse to do so.

StarCraft is the source of many cultural phenomena - the Zerg rush, constructing additional pylons, and more - but it's also a darn good RTS, and its sequel isn't too shabby either.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy - November 12th (PC, console, cloud)

Three iconic platformers make their way to Game Pass in November in the form of Spyro Reignited Trilogy, which contains remakes of the first three of the purple dragon's adventures.

Stuffed with collectibles, minigames, and plenty more besides, Spyro Reignited Trilogy should be the ideal way to while away the darker months. You can read our review here.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 - November 19th (PC, Xbox Series X|S, cloud)

You probably already know if you're going to be into Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, but hey, if you don't, then there's always Game Pass to help you decide.

This hyper-realistic flight sim will bring new and improved visuals (that's right, improved over the 2020 version somehow), as well as new mission types and more.
