Sengoku Dynasty is a survival game and settlement builder where you can grow from a Japanese refugee fleeing war into the leader of an entire region.
In Sengoku Dynasty, you and several other civilians had to flee your homeland during Japan's tumultuous Sengoku period (1467–1615). Samurai and daimyo alike are vying for power, and unfortunately, you are among the poor souls who have been caught in the middle of these great battles.
Fortunately, there is a small sliver of hope out there in the world. The rumored "peasant village" is a loose collection of towns that is not ruled over by anyone. This place can serve as a safe haven for anyone who is brave enough to make the trek, but the lack of a government also means that there are dangerous bandits preying on anyone who gets too close to one of their camps.
Players will awaken on a beach with a handful of supplies and not much else. Once you've completed some basic tutorial quests, you'll be let loose upon the world to start your very own village in nearly any open location on the map. You can choose to rebuild a nearby burned-down village or forge a fresh destiny for yourself in an entirely different location.
You won't be surviving on your own, though — a key component of Sengoku Dynasty is managing your villagers and caring for them. You'll need to carefully manage your village to ensure that they have a job, plenty of food, and any other supplies that they might need to survive. 4-player co-op allows you to bring up to 3 friends along for the ride as well.
Featuring a robust crafting system, multiple skill trees, and plenty of quests to conquer, Sengoku Dynasty offers a unique blend of gameplay set in one of the most dangerous periods of time in Japan. Will you have what it takes to thrive and survive in an ancient country that's been set ablaze by civil war?
