Chef RPG puts players in the shoes of a young chef who has been tasked with bringing a restaurant called La Sequoia back to life. Unfortunately, this once-great dining establishment is falling to pieces and you'll have to rebuild this palace of culinary delights from the ground up.
At first, you'll only have a handful of cooking stations, a few recipes, and a single table for your customers. The people of the town will give you some basic ingredients and tools to help you get started, but you'll soon need to get your own by buying them from the merchants, foraging, hunting, and fishing.
Those first few days will hopefully help you earn enough profit to buy better equipment and hire some staff to help you run your restaurant. Cooking a meal for a single table of two isn't all that hard, but four or more customers is just too much for any one person and you'll definitely want to bring along some help.
Though you're a skillful cook in your own right, you'll also need to expand your knowledge and learn new recipes. Players can purchase random recipes from shopkeepers, earn them as rewards from quests, or discover them by exploring the new books in the town's library every day.
You'll also be able to explore the town of White Ash. Whether you're on the hunt for some fresh ingredients or you're looking to make some new friends, there's always something interesting just around the corner. Chef RPG gives you the opportunity to turn an old, abandoned restaurant into whatever you can dream up — as long as you're willing to work for it.
