Soulash

Soulash is a turn-based roguelike where players must consume the souls of the living and conquer a fantasy world to decide its fate. Mortals can be tortured through fire or electricity, and when you're done, an army of zombies and skeletons can be summoned. As a forgotten world, its up to the player to make the world remember their name, and the open world ranges from gnome villages, dwarven keeps, hot deserts, and a massive Capital City and Black Pyramid. There's over 100 abilities to use, and they are affected by both weather conditions and the terrain.
