Scars Above is a sci-fi third-person action-adventure shooter set on a massive alien structure called The Metahedron that suddenly appears in the Earth's orbit. You are part of The Sentient Contact Assessment and Response team (SCAR) that has been sent to investigate. As you and your fellow scientists and engineers land on the structure, it takes off across space, leading the group to a mysterious extrasolar planet.
As Kate, you'll try to survive using ranged weapons, consumables, melee attacks, and devices as you manage your stamina to run, dodge, and exploit the weak points of your enemies. There's also a crafting system that will allow you to create items and gadgets that will help you explore and survive in the strange new world that you've found yourself in.
Scars Above will release on PC and PlayStation and Xbox consoles in 2023.
