Pac-Man World Re-Pac is the remake of the 1999 3D platformer, Pac-Man World. Pac-Man World Re-Pac whisks Pac-Man off to rescue his friends and family from the evil Ghosts. In Pac-Man World, Pac-Man traverses through six worlds to collect Pac-Dots and fruit as well as gobble up Ghosts. Pac-Man World Re-Pac offers updated graphics, an improved UI, and "fine-tuned" mechanics.
Pac-Man has learned a number of new moves since the arcade days, letting him jump, grab ledges, and make use of a rev-roll (newly improved in Re-Pac) make his way through many platforming challenges. For those that want to play something similar to the original Pac-Man, then Maze Mode is the place to be. This retains the 3D visuals and stage gimmicks, but gameplay is closer to the arcade games — it's even possible to unlock the very first Pac-Man title in Pac-Man World Re-Pac.
