The facilities supporting the city have become are in great disrepair. Jeff Walter has purchased them and ran them into the ground, preferring to line his pockets. Nobody, from the police all the way up to the governor, is doing anything about it. In INFRA, you are a structural analyst, tasked to survey the area for structural damage. Yet soon enough you'll find yourself struggling to stay alive as the decrepit area breaks down around you, navigating environmental puzzles built by debris.
