Final Fantasy VII

The critically acclaimed RPG by Square, Final Fantasy VII defined a generation as being the excellence of storytelling and cinematic experiences and is now widely considered one of the greatest games ever made.

Play as Cloud, a gruff, introverted mercenary working with the eco-terrorist group AVALANCHE. Their goal, to stop the Shina corporation from destroying Gaia, the world around them. However, things are not what they seem and eventually, Cloud and a cast of characters must stop a bigger threat that may doom the whole world. 

Featuring the work of producer Hironobu Sakaguchi, and the music of Nobuo Uematsu, Final Fantasy VII is an iconic entry into the long-running franchise, to the point of seeing an episodic remake with its first release in 2020, followed up by Final Fantasy VII Interlude for the PlayStation 5. Final Fantasy VII has been re-released multiple times on multiple consoles, including the Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android devices, and the PlayStation 4. It was originally released for the PlayStation in 1997.
