A new Humble Bundle is live, and it's a big one. The Humble Explore and Expand Bundle gives you the chance to discover distant worlds and conquer them for your own ends. This time around, there are six games plus DLC up for grabs with a total value of $213, but you won't be paying anywhere near that much. Let's take a look!
Humble Explore and Expand Bundle - Tier 1 ($1 or more)
For just $1, you'll get access to three games. In space strategy RPG Halcyon 6: Lightspeed Edition, you must rebuild the titular Halcyon 6 space station before Earth is overrun by malevolent aliens. Rain of Reflections: Chapter 1 is a dystopian adventure game revolving around a unique mechanic by which you can choose every single line spoken by the protagonist. Finally in this tier, you'll also get "RT4X" game Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity, which allows you to command a huge fleet of starships to battle for the survival of your race in the vastness of space.
Humble Explore and Expand Bundle - Tier 2 (more than average)
Paying more than the average - which, at time of writing, stands at $5.88 - will net you two more games, plus a raft of DLC for one of them. Starpoint Gemini Warlords melds third-person spaceship combat with strategy and RPG elements to create a veritable buffet of space-based tactical fun. You'll also get 4X title Galactic Civilizations III, which lets you build a civilization in space as one of many different races. On top of the base game, Tier 2 of this new bundle also grants access to the Retribution and Crusade expansions for GalCiv III, plus the Mega Events DLC pack. As well as these games, you'll also get everything from Tier 1.
Humble Explore and Expand Bundle - Tier 3 ($10)
There's only one more game in Tier 3 of the Humble Explore and Expand Bundle, but it's a biggie. Paying $10 will net you Paradox's celebrated grand space strategy sim Stellaris: Galaxy Edition. Not only will you get one of the most fully-featured space strategy-'em-ups out there, but you'll also get access to a Stellaris ebook, a digital collector's book, a unique alien race for the game, and plenty more. Everything from the first two tiers also comes with Stellaris, so you're getting six games for just $10.
The Humble Explore and Expand Bundle represents a pretty big haul of space cargo, so be sure to check it out. All of the games are redeemable on Steam. As ever, some of the money you pay will go towards charity. Humble's nominated organization this month is the American Red Cross, which provides disaster relief and humanitarian aid, among other things.
