Devil May Cry and Doom in the Humble Store Demonic Week Sale

The Humble Store Demonic Week Sale is now live. For the next few days, you can grab some truly devilish classics at up to 90% off their original Humble Store price. As usual, we'd like to take a look at some of the highlights for you. Here's what we think you should be summoning to your side during this sale.

Humble Store Demonic Week Sale - Horror

Naturally, there are plenty of horror games up for grabs in this Humble Store sale. Call of Cthulhu (40% off) and The Sinking City (25% off) are a very intriguing Lovecraftian double-bill and the perfect way to spook yourself silly for Halloween. If you haven't had enough Lovecraft after those two, check out Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth (50% off). Last but not least, Lucius (66% off) is a compelling mixture of Hitman and The Omen, and is worth a look for horror aficionados.

Humble Store Demonic Week Sale - Action

When you've had enough of being spooked and want to take the fight to the demonic hordes, the Humble Store Demonic Week Sale has plenty of action games for you. DOOM (50% off) is just as great now as it was back in 2016. On a more stylish note, Devil May Cry 5 (25% off) continues the series with aplomb after the divisive DmC: Devil May Cry (also in the sale at 75% off). If you've got some time to kill and a buddy with whom to kill it, Hunted: The Demon's Forge (50% off) is a decent time too.

Humble Store Demonic Week Sale - Best of the Rest

As ever, we'd like to point up some of the games that narrowly missed out on Horror or Action recommendations. Devil May Cry HD Collection (34% off) comprises two great games and one iffy one, so it's still well worth a look. Darksiders III (66% off) brings Souls-style action to the long-running hack-and-slash franchise. Lastly, the action-packed SEUM: Speedrunners from Hell (66% off) is a glorious throwback to the fast-paced 3D shooters of old.

The summoning ritual is now complete, and it's up to you to decide which of these games will occupy your next couple of weeks. If nothing here appeals, head on over to the Humble Store where you'll find plenty more deals we missed. While you're there, don't forget to subscribe to Humble Monthly for some incredible games at ludicrous value.
