It's December, and that means winter sales and deals aplenty. The GOG Winter Sale launched today and runs until January 3rd, 2019.

Before getting into specific deals, GOG is offering a free game for everyone - that means you don't have to buy anything. Full Throttle Remastered, a 1995 point-and-click adventure, is the free game up for grabs. This offer is lasting for another 2 days, so be sure to grab it soon.

For any purchase, you will receive Fantasy Generalan old-school turn-based strategy title by Strategic Simulations. Or, you can get it for $1.49 right now, but that would be counterproductive.

Lastly, if you spend $15 or more during the sale, you'll get EVERSPACE for free. This sci-fi, spaceship roguelike is normally $30 right now, so if you want it you might as well buy a $15 game and get EVERSPACE for cheap.

Because it's GOG - which is owned and operated by CD Projekt - you can grab The Witcher titles for cheap, including the newest game for 20% off: Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales

Some of 2018's hottest titles are on sale for cheap too, which you can find below. BATTLETECH (30% off) and Into the Breach (33% off) are great for fans of strategy titles, mechs, or both!

Dead Cells, an intense action roguelite title which saw multiple nominations for awards this year is 20% off, while Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire, Obsidian's latest title, is up for grabs at 34% off. These are but a few of the over 2000 games for sale, with more deals coming daily.

In other GOG news, GOG Connect is back. This service connects your Steam and GOG account together and puts eligible titles on your GOG account for free. Certain games are only eligible for a limited time, so make sure you link your account and go through the process here if you are so inclined.

Each day will have new daily deals featuring deep discounts making it worth your time to check back in throughout the GOG Winter Sale.
