Major Nelson and Xbox have revealed two new Xbox One bundles for their holiday lineup. These bundles are in addition to the other two bundles already revealed, and will be joined by one more to be announced tomorrow.

Today's first bundle is for a 500 GB white console, and it features a downloadable copy of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and a Superstar Cole character skin. By extension, once you play the game online, you get downloadable copies of the rest of the Gears series as backwards compatible games for your new console. This bundle will be available in November, exclusively at Walmart stores for $349.

The second bundle is a bit more interesting, as it includes an official mention that the Kinect still exists. The Xbox One with Kinect bundle will feature your standard black console along with a Kinect, a headset, and digital copies of three games. You'll be able to play Dance Central: Spotlight, Kinect Sports: Rivals, and Zoo Tycoon if you pick up this package, which is priced at $499. The Kinect bundle is available this month at stores everywhere. There are still a small stream of Kinect games coming out digitally on Xbox One, and I'm sure the developers of those games will be thrilled to see this bundle's release.

Quick Take

As someone who bought the Xbox One with a Kinect, I have to say that I do appreciate being able to pause videos with my voice and turn off the console even if my TV is switched to something else. The $500 price tag is probably a bit steep, and Zoo Tycoon isn't going to dissuade many people of that opinion even if you can summon a jeep by saying "Beep Beep". One thing is clear, if you're in the market for an Xbox One, Microsoft has you covered with some sort of deal.
