Hello, TechRaptor readers! Here’s what you may have missed in the world of tabletop wargaming over the last week.

First up is a quick Adpeticon 2016 roundup for those of us too poor to make it this year, myself included. Maybe next year. An in-depth look at the various tournament results will follow soon once the information is released to the general public.

Outlaw Miniatures held their annual Wild West Exodus Gunslinger Brawl at Adepticon this year, with Clay Beitel taking first place with his Golden Army posse. Ryan Cavin’s Enlightened army cane in second, and Paul Plunge took third with his Watchers. Congratulations to all the winners!

Corvus Belli held a 45 minute presentation on what’s coming for Infinity in the next few months. Attendees got a sneak peek at upcoming releases including a new Imperial Secret Service starter set, the Foxtrot Ranger with boarding shotgun, and a new Reverend Healer model as well. The presentation was livestreamed for non-attendees and is available on YouTube.

In non-Adepticon news, Mantic Games recently unveiled new models and bundles for the Forces of Nature faction for Kings of War. The models themselves are a mix of plastic and metal sculpts and the bundles are a great way to quickly get an army started. And if you happen to have some Wood Elves from Warhammer Fantasy still on their square bases, keep in mind the fact that Mantic allows players to use models from other companies in their games as well!

Games Workshop recently announced the release of the Imperial Space Marine, a one-off collectible miniature to help celebrate thirty years of Space Marines in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. The model comes armed with a disintegration postil, disintegration combi-gun and combat blade. It will be available on the weekend of April 16th only, so be sure to act fast if you want one for your collection!

Forge World announced pre-orders are open for the Mechanicum Ordinatus Sagittar, a monstrous behemoth of a model coming in at 285 GBP. The unit itself is basically a gigantic Titan weapon on wheels, carrying a Volcano Cannon as its main armament and a trio of Volkite Culverins to take out any infantry foolish enough to sully the great work of the Machine God with their presense. The model is currently slated to start shipping on April 8th.

And finally, Cool Mini or Not recently released a sneak peek for the Neritic Horror, a new unit for Wrath of Kings House Hadross. The beast comes on an 80mm base, has an effective debuff for enemy units affecting Leadership and Willpower values, and will even heal itself after killing enemy models. Unfortunately, there is no release date for the model as of yet.
