With the open world being the biggest draw the game has, many players have been looking to try the game's "seamless" (it's Ubisoft's next favorite buzzword next to 'iconic') multiplayer mode, where a simple run from the local law enforcement can turn into a fight to the death between you and other players who are after the bounty on your head. The fix for these issues will be addressed by a patch that has already been submitted for certification by Microsoft and Sony.

There's currently an issue with the seamless multiplayer feature causing the game to lag and crash periodically. To eliminate that issue, seamless multiplayer is offline until we're able to fix it.The fix for these issues will be addressed in a patch that has already been submitted for certification by Microsoft and Sony, which means you won't have to wait very long until you get to play it.
While the bounty mode will be unavailable until the patch has been deployed to all systems, players will still be able to team up with a friend to attempt the game's co-op missions and activities, although you won't be able to play with people outside of your friend list.
Watch Dogs 2 is the sequel to the 2014 Watch Dogs. While the two games are both set in the same universe, Watch Dogs 2's visual style and tone are a lot less angsty than the original game. The game has been praised by critics and the PlayStation 4 version currently, has a score of 86 on Metacritic, although reviewers are lacking this mode to test as well at this time.
Watch Dogs 2 is set to release November 15th on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, although the street date has been broken in some cases. It will release on PC November 29th after getting delayed to make sure the PC version is more optimized
