Warhammer Age of Sigmar Champions is an upcoming collectible card game (CCG) from PlayFusion. PlayFusion produced the highly successful Lightseekers card game and are looking to break boundaries with Warhammer Age of Sigmar Champions.

Warhammer Age of Sigmar Champions is a card game set in Games Workshops’ fantasy Warhammer Age of Sigmar setting. On release the game will have a physical and digital version, and users will be able to scan their physical cards in for use in the digital game. The digital edition is currently set for tablets and mobiles on Android and iOS. Warhammer Age of Sigmar is played by selecting one of the 4 available core factions of Order, Chaos, Destruction or Death and then creating a deck of 38 cards which breaks down into 4 champions, 4 blessings and 30 action cards.

Currently a Founders Pack is available to pre-order. The Founders Pack will be released on the 02 August 2018 and contains:

  • 1 of each of the 4 core decks for Order, Chaos, Destruction and Death
  • 10 Booster Packs (each containing 13 cards)
  • 4 Unique champions cards
  • 2 Unique playmats
  • 4 Health counters
  • A founder’s pin
  • A numbered plaque
  • Clash of Champions – a brand new Black Library short story by Josh Reynolds
  • And an Art Print

Only 1000 Founders Packs are available and they have already been selling at Warhammer Fest and UK Games Expo, so if you’re interested in getting into Warhammer Age of Sigmar Champions at ground level, you should order quick.

The TechRaptor tabletop team are very excited to have our hands on this awesome looking ccg soon.
