Mynet's recently acquired card battle game Valkyrie Crusade has hit 7 million users worldwide and, following in the footsteps of many a larger company, there will be special promotional campaign as well as other goodies for users who join in on the celebration! The promotional campaign will run from 29 January 12:00, JST until 12 February 11:59 JST.
Possibly one of the most important aspects of this campaign will be the free Jewel giveaway. This will run for 8 days from 29 January 00:00 JST until 5 February 23:59 JST. Each day during this period, when users log in to Valkyrie Crusade, they will receive 50 Jewels for a total of 400 free jewels for those who log in all 8 days.
Equally as exciting (but significantly more open to massive disappointment) is the Ultimate Rare card giveaway. Previous promotional campaigns for playerbase milestones have included free cards but until now they had only been Super Rare card (Jodie Explorer, Journalist, etc.); this will be the first instance of an Ultimate Rare card being given away to users during a promotional campaign. All users who log in during the campaign period will receive the free Ultimate Rare card, Benzaiten. As of writing this article, Benzaiten is a wildcard and details about her are currently unknown.
Lastly, for the duration of the campaign, there will be additions to the Maiden Ticket Exchange line-up. The exact additions to the line-up are not yet known, but previous additions to the Maiden Ticket Exchange line-up were Awakening materials. These additions will be available only during the promotional campaign and will be removed afterwards.
Mynet does note that although these wonderful goodies have been announced they are not finalized yet and are subject to change without notice. But the event will be dropping around the same time as the next Archwitch Event, Valentine's Day Grand Prix, so it will be interesting to see how these events pan out and what lays in store for us over the next few weeks.
