Rhythm games Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight have received demos on the PS4.
If you're in North America, you can play the demos right now. Each demo features four songs from Persona 3 and Persona 5 respectively. The full release of Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight features 25 songs, while Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight will feature 26. Dancing in Moonlight's demo allows players to sample "Burn My Dread (Novoiski Remix)" and "Light The Fire Up In The Night" from Persona 3, as well as two other unannounced songs. The Dancing in Starlight demo features "Rivers In The Desert (Mito Remix)" and "Blooming Villain", as well as two others. These songs will, of course, be available in the full release of the games as well.
In addition to the demos, Atlus also detailed the bonuses players will receive when pre-ordering the games. Digital and physical pre-orders will both receive the same bonuses, so don't worry about which version you grab. Pre-ordering Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight will allow players to play as Shinjiro Aragaki, as well as adding "Battle Hymn of the Soul", the final boss theme from Persona 3. Dancing in Starlight, meanwhile, features Goro Akechi as a pre-order bonus, as well as "Will Power", the Persona awakening theme from Persona 5. Both games will also come as part of the Persona Dancing: Endless Night Collection, and pre-ordering this will grant players the pre-order bonuses for each title. Each character (and theme) can be used interchangeably in both games.
European players won't receive these characters and songs as pre-order bonuses; instead, if you're in Europe, you can get Aragaki, Akechi, and their respective songs as "early adopter" bonuses by buying the games within two weeks of release. The demos for both games will be released in that region on December 11th, although the games will come out one week earlier on December 4th.
Finally, in a slightly unusual collaboration, the Persona folks are teaming up with Irvine, California-based Honey & Butter Macarons. Between November 24th and 28th, Honey & Butter Macarons will be selling Persona-themed macarons, and the Irvine Spectrum shopping mall will have a selection of exclusive Persona merchandise on offer. The bakery will be redecorated to feature the Phantom Thieves and SEES, so if you're a Persona fan and you love macarons, you know where to be between those dates.
