While Nathan Drake’s story might be at an end, for now, the adventures in the Uncharted universe continue as we follow Chloe Frazer through her new stand alone title Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Announced last year at PSX in this game Chloe and Nadine team up to hunt for the fabled Tusk of Ganesh.

New footage was unveiled of The Lost Legacy in action as you see both main characters floating down the river in a boat talking about their adventure. While it doesn’t show off any of the action fans will be able to expect from an Uncharted game it does show off the level of detail in characters and story that the series is well known for.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy will release for the PlayStation 4 on the 22nd of August 2017 in North America and will cost $39.99 USD or $49.99 CAD for those in Canada. If you pre-order The Lost Legacy at participating retailers then you will also be getting a copy of Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy for PS4 and a Lost Legacy theme when it releases on the same day. If you already own Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Digital Deluxe Edition, Explorer’s Pack, or Triple Pack you will be receiving Lost Legacy as a digital download as soon as it releases. The only downside of this being that you won’t be eligible for any of the other pre-order bonuses.

What do you think of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy? Where do you hope the adventure takes Chloe and Nadine? Do you think it will be a fitting conclusion to the series? Share your thoughts in the comments below!

I have been playing all kinds of games for as long as I can remember with a particular interest in action adventure and platforming titles. While I am primarily an Xbox gamer I also spend a fair bit of time on the PS4 and on my PC in VR.
