Two Point Hospital custom walls, floors, rugs, and more are now available in the game thanks to the free Interior Designer update that has just been added to the game. The update gives players a little more room to customize their hospital to taste, whether they want to take advantage of others artistic skills or take a crack at adding their own decorative flair to their rooms.
To explain the update, an overview video of the new Two Point Hospital custom walls feature has been uploaded to the game's official YouTube channel. Give it a watch to see it in action for yourself:

Essentially, this free Two Point Hospital update allows players to swap out textures on walls, floors, rugs, and pictures. The method for Two Point Hospital custom walls and floors is easy enough as you're simply selecting an image to be used as a texture file. Pictures and rugs are a little more complex—you'll have to choose from predefined shapes for the new decorative pieces. Aside from selecting how it looks, players will also be able to set the price in dollars or Kudosh and publish their creation to the Steam Workshop.
The Steam news post detailing this new update calls this the "first workshop iteration", a statement that implies that we may see more customization features coming in the near future. I've always been fond of customizing decorations in games like (hello there, Seven Deadly Sims) and it will be nice to see what new things can be done in the future.
The Interior Designer update is now available for free in Two Point Hospital. If you don't yet already own the game, you can get it on Steam for $27.99 or your regional equivalent at a 20% discount as part of the Steam Lunar Sale. Check out our review to see what we thought about it!
