With the Western release of Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE rapidly approaching, and new findings of censorship continuing to be discovered, here's a special roundup of all of the localization changes from the original Japanese version found so far.
1) Ages increased to 18.

It has been confirmed that three characters ages have been increased from 17 to 18. The 16-year-old Eleonora may have also had her age raised, as we have not yet seen any footage clarifying this. Japanese voice acting has even been re-recorded to reflect the changes, as seen in the video above.
2) Toned down upskirt shots.
Offscreen footage, captured by the folks at GameXplain, appears to show Tsubasa with some kind of 'censorship shadow' or costume change, to obscure the sight of upskirt shots.
3) Poster girls dressed less suggestively.

The gravure idol posters that are littered all around a chapter 2 dungeon now show the girls wearing much more clothing.
4) Tsubasa's bikini outfit completely changed.
Tsubasa wears a bikini in the original Japanese version. Over in the West, this has been replaced with a outfit that keeps the majority of her skin covered up. (Video comparison.)
5) Boss' Breasts Hidden By Smoke
Aversa, a chapter 1 boss, has had her breasts covered up by some kind of animated, black smoke. (Video comparison)
6) Missing Hot Springs DLC.

Nintendo have revealed their DLC plans for the Western versions of the game. All DLC that is available in Japan is listed to be available, with the exception of the fan service filled Hot Springs DLC. This DLC provides you with a selection of bikini outfits to dress your characters in, as well as new, fully voiced and animated cutscenes, such as that seen in the video above.
7) Tsubasa's music video outfit changed.

The "Feel" music video now shows Tsubasa dressed in a different kind of top, which hides her cleavage. If you pay close attention, you'll also notice the 'v lines' around her pubic region have been removed as well.
Speaking to Game Informer, Nintendo has given a statement on why these censorship changes were made.
“It was a priority to ensure the game feels familiar and appeals to longtime Atlus fans. Any changes made to the in-game content were due to varying requirements and regulations in the many different territories Nintendo distributes its products.”
To clarify, Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE has been rated Teen by the ESRB and will be released for the Wii U in North America and Europe June 24th.
