Hello, TechRaptor readers! Here’s what you may have missed in the world of tabletop wargaming over the last week.

First up is Corvus Belli announcing the release of the 2016 ITS season starting on February 22nd. Included in this release is the Tournament Pack to give warcors some nice swag to give away at local tournaments. Included in the pack is an exclusive miniature: the Krakot Renegades, Morat Fugitives. A full profile for the unit is available on the Corvus Belli website, along with a complete overview of the content of the tournament pack.

The company also announced the release of an update for Armand ‘le Muet’, the silent Tohaa mercenary. A complete breakdown of the model and its profile is available via Data-Sphere.net.

Games Workshop announced the release of several additional Space Wolves models, along with a Start Collecting bundle for the army. The Iron Priest, Ulrik the Slayer, and Wolf Lord Krom miniatures are currently available for pre-order and will be available for purchase on Saturday the 20th. Also announced is the “Grand Alliance: Death” book for Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, covering the various factions that comprise the grand alliance. It also appears that the entire Tomb Kings line has been squatted, based not only on the last paragraph of the book description noting that no Tomb Kings warscrolls were included but also the fact that the entire Tomb Kings range is now listed under the “Last Chance to Buy” section of the website. If you’ve ever wanted any Tomb Kings models, I highly recommend getting them now before they’re gone for good.

Forge World also announced the release of “Horus Heresy Volume 6: Retribution”. This book focuses on the Shadow Wars that took place with the Shattered Legions, remnants of the loyalist forces from the Isstvan campaigns earlier in the Heresy. The book also covers the rise of the Blackshields: outcast Astartes who have abandoned their Legion and fight for their own ends. Pre-orders are currently up with the book shipping out on the 19th of this month.

Mantic Games released the playtest rules for The Walking Dead: All Out War recently. The document contains the core rules, allowing players a final chance to go through everything with a fine-toothed comb to help iron out any remaining wrinkles with the game before production kicks off after the end of their Kickstarter campaign. At the time of this article, the campaign currently has 14 days to go and has well exceeded its modest goal of $50,000 USD.

Knight Models began pre-orders for the Marvel Universe Miniatures Game. Along with a 4-pack starter set for the three current factions (Avengers, X-Men, and Guardians of the Galaxy), game tokens and templates are available. Also available are several additional models for the various factions. Black Panther, Nova, and the ever-popular Deadpool are available for pre-order. These deals are available until February 24th.

And finally, Frontline Gaming has released several videos covering the various events from the 2016 Las Vegas Open via the Wargamers Consortium. The event marks the end of the 2015 ITC season, the largest Warhammer 40K tournament circuit in the US. A complete list of the tournament winners and their armies is available here.
