Super SmashBros for Wii U will release on, well, the Wii U November 21 2014 in North America, December 5th in Europe, and December 6th in Australia. After countless speculation and a leak of the release date earlier last month, fans finally have an answer to when the game would come out. The 3ds iteration came out last week and saw successful sales of over 2.8 million copies worldwide, paving the way for future portable iterations of Nintendo’s party brawler In addition. Nintendo announced Wavebird support for the Gamecube Controller add on for the Wii U. Wavebird is a special radio frequency invented by Nintendo to play games with a wireless controller. The controller add on is priced at $19.99.
