Likely due to an error by a GOG employee, information was released today that GOG has recently partnered with Disney to re-release some of Disney/Lucasfilm's classic games. As of right now, six are known to be available for tomorrow but in an announcement (which looks like will be officially made tomorrow the 28th), GOG says that 30 total titles will eventually be re-released:

You are among friends, here! We're proud to announce a new partnership with ©Disney that allows for the DRM-free release of about 30 classic titles from the cult-classic developer. We know you waited long for this moment, so we want to reunite you with those golden oldies with as little delay as possible. Today, to start with a bang, we are releasing a selection of 6 acclaimed titles from Lucas' most famous gaming franchises, so that the Disney/Lucasfilm catalog on GOG.com is made impressive from day one. Here are the great titles you can get right away:
And here are those titles (the links don't work yet, but should work tomorrow): Many of those titles are ones that fans have been wanting for many years now. The two most exciting titles to most fans are likely the TIE Fighter and X-Wing re-releases as they have a huge cult following and have never seen a digital release before. Also never seeing a digital release before is Sam & Max Hit the Road.

All of the other titles listed above have been on Steam for some time. However, this is still big news for them as well, as this is the first time they will have been released DRM-free.

Do you think that GOG have already announced the heavy hitters or will there be some more surprises in the remaining 24 games yet to be announced? Will we see some pod racing perhaps?
