Star Wars Humble Bundle 3

Star Wars fans could probably use something to keep themselves busy in the time between Rogue One and Episode VIII. Luckily, Humble Bundle apparently felt THAT disturbance in the Force and answered those prayers by releasing the third Star Wars themed Humble Bundle. The Star Wars Humble Bundle 3 contains a good deal of classics as well as some fan favorites. The highest reward tier will even net you an exclusive Empire vs Rebels T-shirt.

Let's look at the contents of the bundle:

  • Pay What You Want Tier
    • Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic
    • Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance
    • Star Wars: X-Wing vs TIE Fighter - Balance of Power Campaigns
    • Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds Saga
  • Beat the Average Tier ($8.15 at the time of writing)
    • Star Wars Battlefront II
    • Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
    • Star Wars Starfighter
    • Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords
    • Star Wars: Rebel Assault I + II
  • 14$ Tier
    • Star Wars The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition
    • Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II
    • Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 3D
    • Star Wars Shadows of the Empire
    • Star Wars Empire At War: Gold Pack
  • 35$ Tier
    • X-Wing Vs. TIE Fighter T-Shirt
As you can see, some of the games of this bundle overlap with the previous two bundles. That being said, if you never played some of the big titles included here, this is an excellent opportunity to do so. All the games in the list are great to play. KOTOR 1 and 2 make the bundle worth its price by themselves and Star Wars Battlefront II is one of those games that everyone should play at least once (preferably with the XL mod installed to play huge 100v100 battles).

It's interesting to note that Star Wars Shadows of the Empire is marked as "Debut" on the bundle's page. This means that the game is being released on Steam library for the first time alongside this bundle. It is certainly a debut considering that, at the time of writing, the title can't be found anywhere on the Steam Store. It's worth noting that the game has been available on other retailers such as GOG (Affiliate) for quite some time.

What do you think of the latest Star Wars Humble Bundle? Will you pick it up? Are there any Star Wars games that haven't debuted on Steam that you're hoping for? Let us know in the comments below!
