A Stainless Games and Green Man Gaming partnership has been announced via a press release. This publishing and development partnership will see the creation of a brand-new unnamed intellectual property at some point in the future. Details on this unannounced project are light, but it may very well be something interesting.
Stainless Games is a British game developer that has largely worked on Carmageddon and created Duel of the Planeswalkers for Wizards of the Coast's Magic The Gathering franchise. They're practiced at making great games—after all, not everyone gets one of their titles banned in Germany. Their most recent release is 2017's Carmageddon: Crashers. Judging by their track record, I'd wager their next title will be a card game featuring cars. Or heck, maybe they'll just make a Carmageddon-esque battle royale.
As for the other partner, Green Man Gaming is a digital storefront for video games on PC and some consoles. They've been around for some time and are well-known for their great deals, often promising discounts on newly-launched games that the competition can't quite beat.

Stainless Games Chairman & Co-founder Patrick BucklandWhile the name of the game being made by this Stainless Games Green Man Gaming partnership hasn't yet been revealed, the press release does give us a clue: it states that the game will be an "all new take on the [vehicle-based] action and mayhem" that Stainless Games expertly executed with the Carmageddon franchise.
It's doubtful that we'll be getting a new Carmageddon game since THQ Nordic bought the rights to that IP in December of last year. That said, there's nothing stopping Stainless Games from making a spiritual successor. We should be hearing more about this mystery IP in the coming weeks.
