The Satisfactory release date has been set for later in March 2019. This upcoming game from Coffee Stain Studios plops players down on a planet to gather up resources with massive machines. While there is certainly a level of manual gathering, players will ultimately focus on building out bigger and more complex factories to handle all of their production like in Factorio.

While the trailer is certainly stylish, it does not really show off anything in the way of gameplay. We do get to see some conveyor belts in motion, though, and they do look pretty cool. The Satisfactory release date for Early Access is March 19, 2019, so you won't have to wait too long to play it.
One of the more notable aspects about the game is that it's a crafting/building kind of title that actually has an end. We interviewed Senior Designer Oscar Jilsén last year and he was able to tell us a good bit about it. “[You’ve got this goal called Project Assembly.]," he stated. "That’s why you’re sent to that planet. You [have] to build this thing, you construct this giant space elevator and you funnel resources into it in a few stages. You can finish [Satisfactory] and get to the end and press the ‘I Win’ button.” It's certainly nice to hear that there will be an endgame!
Satisfactory first premiered during E3 2018's PC Gaming Show. You'll be able to get your hands on it pretty soon: the Satisfactory release date for Early Access is March 19, 2019. You can pre-purchase it for $29.99 or your regional equivalent at the Epic Games Store.
