Have you ever wanted to run your own bakery? You're in luck thanks to Polish dev Bango Games. A new sim game called Bakery Biz Tycoon will be coming hot and fresh out of the oven and into Early Access this month.

As you might expect from the name, Bakery Biz Tycoon tasks you with managing your very own inner-city bakery. You'll have to decide everything from profit margins to pretzel shapes. All the usual sim elements will be present; management of finances, marketing and selling your products, and, of course, lots and lots of statistics. If you're wondering, yes, you can name the bakery products yourself. You can check out the trailer for Bakery Biz Tycoon below:

Bango Games describes Bakery Biz Tycoon as a perfect blend of "old-school features and creative twists". You'll open and manage a bakery all the way from veritable obscurity to pastry superstardom. Along the way, you'll create a series of delicious recipes, deal with customer opinion, and upgrade various aspects of your business. Bango Games reckons Bakery Biz Tycoon has benefited from the studio's Polish heritage; it is, after all, the home of "the most delicious and distinctive bread recipes".

Bakery Biz Tycoon will be an Early Access game. Bango says this is both to allow players to preview the game and to ask for their feedback. Bango's CEO says the studio is open to new ideas and welcomes suggestions from the community. The game will be in Early Access "for the next few months", according to its Steam page. If you're interested, you can wishlist Bakery Biz Tycoon right now on Steam. You can also keep up-to-date with Bango's game by checking out the official website.
