New year, new Paradox Interactive bundle on the humble store! That’s right the famous Humble Paradox Bundle has made its way back to the Humble Bundle for another year running.

As Humble Bundle veterans will know there are three tears, each costing three different prices and each offering a different set of Paradox Interactive games.

Crusader Kings II is possibly one of the deepest games ever made. It will take up your entire life if you let it.

Age of Wonders II: The Wizard’s Throne is the sequel to Age of Wonders, one of the surprisingly small numbers of RTS’ with a fantasy theme. The second game in the series made some changes over the first including having you control an immortal, spell-casting wizard. If you don’t think that is an improvement then there is something wrong with you.

Darkest Hour: A Hearts of Iron Game is a standalone game based on Hearts of Iron. Originally created by a dedicated group of modders of the original 4X strategy game, the game is now an official stand-alone Hearts of Iron title, and features an advanced AI as well as taking players from the beginning of WWI through to the inception of the cold war.

Magicka 2 is the sequel to one of gaming funniest co-op action RPG’s. Magicka 2 has an interesting spell-casting system where players can mix elements to perform a variety of different spell effects. It is also a pretty challenging experience on your own so it’s the perfect game to play with a friend.

Crusader Kings II is one of the deepest and most involving grand strategy game to ever be created. In it, you take control of one of several kings during the time of the great crusades, and must forge alliances, battle rivals and generally try to ensure that your lineage will come out on top and live forever.

Europa Universalis IV has you controlling an empire through the ages, changing the course of history to your benefit.

Humble Paradox Bundle 2019 – Pay More Than The Average Tier

Age of Wonders III (our review) is the latest title in the Age of Wonders trilogy, with even better graphics, maps and combat than ever before. While you’re not controlling an immortal wizard this time around you do at least get to pick from one of six RPG like classes to rule as. Not a bad trade off really.

Crusader Kings II: The Old Gods is an expansion for Crusader Kings II which focuses on the worshipers of old world gods. There is a lot of vikings in this expansion so that’s good news if you’re into that, but there is also some focus on Pagans and Zoroastrians so there is a decent amount of variety on offer here.

Europa Universalis IV is the forth entry into a series which was originally based on a board game of the same name. You take control of a European power and have to try your hardest to take your empire to the top of the political, military and economic food chain.

Magicka 2: Deluxe Edition adds some features such as new costumes and an interactive map to help navigate the world

Steel Division: Normandy 44 is a game which is perfect for any history or tank enthusiast. It features realistic tactical combat between armoured divisions during the Normandy landings of 1944. It’s historical accuracy is a defining feature of the game so if you’re the sort of person who notices tiny details you can totally have a great time trying to see if the developers slipped up anywhere.

Age of Wonders III: Deluxe Edition is one of a couple of deluxe editions featured in this bundle. In this case, it adds access to the official soundtrack but possibly more importantly adds an entire extra scenario to the game for your to complete and enjoy.  The extra scenario can even be played with  AI or some real people online if you’re in the mood for that.

Magicka 2: Deluxe Edition is the second deluxe edition in the bundle, this time adding some more interesting items and features to Magicka 2. There are some cosmetics items which can make your character look cooler, as well as the soundtrack to listen to when you’re not playing the actual game. Possibly the most useful item in the package is an interactive map which you can use to make navigating the world a lot easier.

Europa Universalis IV – El Dorado is DLC which adds the golden city of legend to Europa Unversalis IV. This time around you must control a nation in search of the legendary city to gain as much wealth and glory for your nation as possible, though finding the place will not be easy.

If you’re into strategy games at all then you owe it to yourself to get your hands on this bundle. There is plenty of planning on display here, but also a fair amount of action for those inclined to a more aggressive style of gameplay.

You’ve got just over 11 days left to get your hands on the bundle and you’re not going to find these games at this sort of discount anytime in a hurry. So go and snap up this bundle quick!
