March is marching on with what seems like an endless array of great games to play. If you’re not already engrossed in Zelda: Breath of the Wild, NieR: Automata, Horizon: Zero Dawn, or NakedMan VS The Clothes, then you might be interested to know that everyone’s favorite mythology based MOBA is currently running the first of their new SMITE Adventures. Nike’s Valley of Victory is Hi-Rez’s take on Capture the Flag within SMITE, and you can see some examples of what that might look like in the trailer below.

In Valley of Victory, you and four of your closest friends will be playing as a specific team of five gods on a brand new map developed just for this mode. In addition, players who carry the flag will have new abilities, including dashing from danger, tossing the flag to a teammate, and bashing opponents over the head. In a video explaining the mode, developers called out Hi-Rez’s Tribes games as an inspiration for the new mode.

nikevictory Raptor Giveaway: SMITE Nike’s Valley of Victory Bundle

For now, Valley of Victory isn’t a permanent addition to the SMITE, being playable until Marth 28th on computers and April 4th on PS4 and Xbox One. Thanks to our friends at Hi-Rez, we’re able to offer five of our readers the Valley of Victory bundle free of charge. For those not in the know, that includes the items shown in the handy graphic above. If you’re interested in dressing up Nike in new threads or exploring the Golden Vault, complete a few actions below and you too could be capturing the flag in style!
