Whether you're an old school SimTower player or a fan of the newer takes on the genre, Project Highrise - Architect's Edition will have something you'll probably like. Console players will be able to snap up this game and all of its DLC in the upcoming console version soon according to a video uploaded on Kalypso Media's YouTube channel.

The premise of Project Highrise is simple: you're given a plot of land, a small amount of money, and the ability to build out a tower in a 2D space however you like. You have plenty of options available, whether you're like to focus on residential apartments, office buildings, retail, or a mix of all three. As you rack up more money and gain prestige, you'll be able to attract more valuable clientele to your building and make your building a heck of a lot bigger. Take a look at the game's latest trailer to get a feel for things:

Project Highrise - Architect's Edition will contain all of the game's released DLC in one convenient package. Las Vegas brings in staples of the city including casinos and hotels. Miami Malls has (unsurprisingly) a focus on shopping malls with a number of new retail establishments to choose from. Tokyo Towers expands the residential experience (including tiny Japanese-style apartments, tailor-made for a market where real estate space is tighly packed), and London Life brings things back around to the business world along with a few new British specialties like pubs. In addition to these fine pieces of DLC, a brand-new (and not yet named) add-on pack will be joining the mix of additional content for Architect's Edition.

If Project Highrise - Architect's Edition sounds like your kind of game, you'll be able to pick it up for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch sometime in Autumn 2018. If you're a PC Gamer and you'd like to play the game now, you can pick it up for $19.99 or your regional equivalent on Steam or the Humble Store [Affiliate Link]. The game is also currently 75% off and its DLC is 50% at GOG [Affiliate Link].
