E3 2015 IGN

Every year during E3, IGN is the host of one of the biggest streams about the conference. They often show gameplay of freshly announced titles and give the users a sneak peek on what the next gaming year is going to be like. Let's make some guesses about what we can expect.

It's been confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be featured in the stream. Other titles we have confirmation of are Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, the next Need for Speed, Star Wars Battlefront 3 and Destiny. The schedule features a number of "To be Announced" title as well. What could those be?

One easy guess is XCOM 2. 2K and Firaxis announced days ago that the game is in the works and that we should be able to see some gameplay during the E3. The change of setting of the XCOM universe (we'll lead guerrilla warriors instead of a government issued squad) spiked the attention and curiosity of many fans and the action showed in the trailer hinted of new classes and possibly gameplay style. We can expect to know some more of it in the IGN stream.

The IGN schedule talks of an "Unannounced Platinum Game." Well, considering the images leaked earlier, we can be reasonably sure we'll get to watch some Transformers: Devastation. During the stream we'll be probably able to enjoy the first bite of Platinum's latest brawler game, in all its cell shadingly glory. The experience Platinum has with brawler games could mix very well with the Transformers universe. We have high expectations for this one.

A couple of Nintendo games are scheduled. We have no information on those, but can try to predict what they could be. Xenoblade Chronicles would be the obvious guess, considering that the game should come out this year. Other options are Fire Emblem If or Animal Crossing. When we talk of Nintendo, though, we can't shake away the possibility of a new Pokèmon game.

There's quite a big range of possibilities for this year's IGN stream. We can only wait and see what they have in store for us.

Will you follow IGN's E3 stream? What do you expect or wish to see? Let us know in the comments.
