Three weeks since launch and Pokemon GO continues to break records, with the app now surpassing 75 million downloads.

In a release from Sensor Tower, the new milestone has landed the mobile app for the most downloads within the first month. Surpassing a previous one of 50 million in under 19 days, Pokemon GO also holds the record of 10 million downloads within their first week of launch.

With Pokemon GO now out in Japan, France, and Hong Kong, the app is yet to be released in certain regions. While that certainly means more players, Niantic Labs are already looking at additional features to help maintain the avid fan base.

At San Diego Comic-Con, Niantic CEO John Hanke revealed that they're currently working adding "trading" features to the mobile app. Furthermore, Hanke also talked about adding later generations of Pokemon, as well as customizable PokeStops. No details as t when we can expect the updates, as the panel was mainly to showcase the team leaders (below).

For team Valor, Mystic, and Instinct, we have Candela, Blanche, and Spark. Previously viewed as silhouettes, Hanke said the reason behind this was due to the artwork not being finalized at launch.

In regards to the leaders back story, nothing was detailed aside from the main reveal image. As expected, the internet was quick to respond to the SDCC reveal; with some going as far to poke fun at Team Instincts, Spark.

Pokemon GO is currently available for iOS and Android smartphones. For more info, be sure to take a gander at Jack's full review for Pokemon GO, and Robert's beginners guide.
