PlayStation Plus November 2016

Two days ago Microsoft announced what November's Games With Gold would be. Today, Sony is coming back with their announcement of November's PlayStation Plus games. As usual, this includes two PlayStation 4 games, two PlayStation 3 games, and two PlayStation Vita games.

For PlayStation 4 users you'll be getting Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. A walking simulator, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture has you wandering through a town that has been hit by a mysterious sickness, killing everybody. You'll be wandering around the town, interacting with the ghosts of its former residents and piecing together the story of their lives before and after the sickness. The second Ps4 game is The Deadly Tower of Monsters, a 3D beat-'em-up with a B-Movie aesthetic that features stop-motion dinosaurs and a director's commentary track. You can read our review of the game here.

PlayStation 3 owners will be getting two games of their own. First up is Dirt 3. A racing game, and the most recent entry in the Dirt series, where you can partake in goofy events like gymkhana and capture the flag. The second game is Costume Quest 2, a Halloween themed turn based RPG where you can get powers from the costumes your characters are wearing. It should be noted that, despite being on the Ps4, Costume Quest 2 is not cross-buy and will only be available on the Ps3.

Finally the PlayStation Vita gets two games of its own. First up is Letter Quest: Grimm's Journey Remastered. A spelling RPG, you'll play as the Grim Reaper on a quest to get pizza and spell words to defeat anything stopping him along the way. You can read our review of the game here. Thanks to cross-buy, Ps4 owners can also grab Letter Quest Remastered. The second game available is Pumped BMX+, a Trials-styled 2.5d bike platformer with more of a focus on performing tricks. Thanks to cross-buy, both Ps4 and Ps3 owners can also grab Pumped BMX+.

All six of these games will become available on November 1st. This also means it's your last chance to grab October's Ps+ games, which includes Resident Evil HD and Transformers: Devastation for the PlayStation 4, Mad Riders and From Dust for the PlayStation 3, and Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ and Actual Sunlight for the PlayStation Vita.
