Back in November of 2013 it was revealed that Persona 5 would to be a PS3 exclusive, it would appear that this is not the case any more. Today, Sony and Atlus have announced that the long awaited Persona 5 will be released on both the Playstion 3 and the Playstation 4.

In this trailer released today we are given a first look at what seems to be the protagonist of the game. We are not shown any in-game footage, instead we are treated to an anime cut-scene. These were also prominent in the last game, Persona 4.
Persona 5 has no release date yet. The trailer tells us it will at least be out in Japan by 2015 and hopefully Sony and Atlus will give us a date for the Western release soon.
