Sony has announced that they're delaying two upcoming PlayStation VR games on Twitter. The Inpatient and Bravo Team, both originally set to come out this year and both being developed by Supermassive Games, have been delayed until early 2018 with one now coming out in January and the other in March.

The Inpatient, originally set to come out November 22nd, has now been delayed to January 23rd, 2018. The game is a prequel to Until Dawn and has you playing as an inmate at the Blackwood Sanatorium sometime during the 1950s. The game will see you attempting to figure out who you are and how you ended up there while trying to avoid the doctors who want to keep him locked up. Along the way, you'll have to make some choices that will affect both your character and the people you meet in the sanatorium.

Bravo Team was originally going to be launching December 6th, but it will now be released March 6th, 2018. This game is a modern military first-person shooter and has you and another player working together to try and survive inside of a fictional European city. The game features support for the PSVR Aim, allowing you to use that controller if you still have one sitting around.

Specifics weren't given as to why both games are being delayed. In the tweet, Sony simply said "This shift is to ensure the dev teams have the time they need to make these games as enjoyable for players as possible." Hopefully, this means polishing any lingering issues and making the games run as best as they possibly can.

You can currently pre-order both games on the PlayStation Store. The Inpatient will cost $39.99 and launches January 23rd, while Bravo Team will also cost $39.99 and launches March 6th. Both games are PlayStation VR exclusives.
