The adult gaming website Nutaku has launched a free-to-play game that mixes visual novel & strategic gameplay elements with erotic themes called Narborion By Night according to a press release from the publisher.

Narborion By Night began its pre-registration period at the beginning of June 2017; the game is now open for anyone to hop in and play. The game features elements from multiple genres: it’s has a mix of adventure gameplay & strategic combat with visual novel elements interspersed throughout.

Narborion By Night Battle Censored

This (mildly censored) screenshot gives you an idea of what combat looks like in Narborion By Night.

Gamers take on the role of a male protagonist serving the Midnight Swan. Throughout your journey, you’ll fight battles against your adversaries using strategy and magic. Combat takes place in a turn-based grid system where you will use magical runes to damage individual adversaries or devastate larger areas of the battlefield. Of course, a good adventurer needs to recharge every now and again, and in this particular game, you’ll refuel your character by bedding some of the fairest maidens in the land.

If the game were nothing more than hexes and harlots it’d be rather shallow indeed, but there’s a bit more under the hood. You’ll journey across the land battling enemies, crafting equipment, gaining new runes for your sex magic, and shopping at various merchants throughout the duration of your quest. Real-world timers determine when shops restock and how long crafting takes. Between the battles and sorting out your gear, you’ll be treated to lovingly-crafted erotic tales accompanied by steamy fantasy art.
