From No More Robots and British studio PanicBarn comes Not Tonight, a truly Orwellian RPG set in dystopian Britain. The game will be making its way to Steam very soon, with a console release planned for later this year. It mixes pixel art, black comedy and political commentary to offer up a bleak and downright terrifying version of modern Britain.

Not Tonight presents an alternate future where Brexit talks have broken down and an extreme alt-right government has taken charge. Citizens of European heritage are being forced out of their homes and jobs, with the player taking on the role of a bouncer, just trying to get by.

At heart, Not Tonight is a management game fusing a time-pressure RPG with a dark tale where every decision matters. You can join the resistance and fight the regime, or keep your head down and stay out of trouble. Not Tonight tasks players with standing in the freezing British winter while meticulously checking IDs and keeping the revelry of the club and party goers in check.

Working hard will earn you money which can be used to upgrade your apartment and equipment and clothing, all of which will better prepare you for the horrors of Brexit Britain.

The reveal comes alongside a trailer, showing off the game's moody art-style and dystopian world while setting the mood for the struggle that awaits:

"Welcome to Relocation Block B, your new home. Your designated role is 'Bouncer'. Work hard, stay out of trouble, and we might let you stay in the UK."
You can sign up for the game's beta via the No More Robots Discord channel.

Be sure to check out the trailer below as well to get a glimpse of the game's unique blend of comedy and political intrigue, as well as a nice doomsday clip featuring Nigel Farage.
