A new Devil May Cry 5 demo will be coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 next month. This is following the success of the first demo which launched on the Xbox One and concluded availability yesterday.

Devil May Cry 5 is the latest game in the demon-slaying franchise and it just concluded a period where players could pick up a free demo on the Xbox One. This first foray into the game had players taking on the role of Nero and effectively included an entire mission's worth of content. The Xbox demo has since concluded, although gamers who already downloaded it and retain the data on their system should still be able to play it. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gamers will soon be able to get their hands on another Devil May Cry 5 demo. This new demo is expected to launch for both platforms on February 7, 2019, according to a tweet on the game's official account. We don't yet have any word if or when PC players will get a crack at the game before its release.

The question remains as to what exactly the new Devil May Cry 5 demo will cover. The tweet does appear to make an effort to differentiate it from the previous Xbox demo, so it seems like even the Xbox players who already checked it out just might have a reason to hop back in. Unfortunately, it seems like we'll have to wait until it's released to see what we'll get to play.

The new Devil May Cry 5 demo is expected to launch on February 7, 2019, for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. In the meantime, you can pre-order the game at the Microsoft Store or the PlayStation Store for its respective consoles. You can also pre-order the game or add it to your Steam Wishlist at its Steam Store page.
