Publisher Microids is planning to bring six games to the Nintendo Switch. We already knew one of these games, Syberia 3, was coming to the Switch, but the other five games are new announcements.

Three of the games are all part of one series, with Microids planning to bring Syberia, Syberia 2, and Syberia 3 to the console. All three games are adventure games that follow the story of Kate Walker. The original game came out in 2002, with its sequel following in 2004 and the most recent entry came out earlier this year. Syberia is planned for a Q3 2017 release, Syberia 2 in Q4 2017, and Syberia 3 in Q1 2018.

The fourth game they're bringing is Gear.Club. A racing game that originally released on iOS and Android, Gear.Club features a more realistic take on racing with some heavier focus on simulations rather than arcadey racing. It'll be interesting to see if a mobile racing game can translate well to the console. Gear.Club's Nintendo Switch version is set to come out at the end of 2017.

Fifth is Flashback - Remastered Edition. Originally released in 1992, Flashback was well known for its impressive graphics at the time and fun gameplay. You played as Conrad B. Hart in an action-adventure that saw you jumping, shooting, and solving puzzles. Flashback was also one of the early games that really pushed storytelling in video games. It isn't quite clear from the press release if this will be a remaster of the 1992 original or the poorly received 2013 remake, but it appears to be the 1992 version with uptouched graphics. This game is also set for a late 2017 release.

The final game is Blacksad, a 3D adventure game taking place in the world of the popular graphic novels. You'll play as Blacksad, a private detective and anthropomorphic black cat who navigates a gritty 1950s detective noir world. Blacksad is going to be developed by Pendulo, the developers of adventure games such as the Yesterday series. Unlike the other games which are all either ports to the Switch or only coming out there, Blacksad will also be releasing for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in late 2018.
