Update – 29 March 2018

Hey all, after discussions with Raging Heroes and the editorial team, we’ve decided to run the competitions for two months.  That means that next month we’ll announce the next competition with two months to submit, and then in May we’ll have our first article with:

  • The results of the Raging Heroes Daughters of the Crucible painting competition (announced here, March)
  • A reminder of the next competition (which we will announce in April for closing in June)
  • Details of the new competition (which will close in July)

This will give all players adequate chance to enter, with two months to paint up and submit.

Raging Heroes have also upped the first prize to $50!

All entries already submitted will still count, but if you would like to take some more time over another entry, just let me know.

Good luck everyone!

Starting next in May, the TechRaptor tabletop team are going to start looking at another aspect of the tabletop hobby: the miniatures themselves in a dedicated focus article. We will also be running a miniatures painting competition, with a prize for the best reader submitted painted miniature, along with showcasing our favorite reader submitted paint jobs. We will also chat to the development team, take a detailed look at the companies that produce the models, and talk about the miniatures themselves.

At the end of each month’s article, we will detail the next month’s focus to give you chance to ready and submit your entries.

Our first focus article, which will be published in May, is going to be on Raging Hero’s Daughter of the Crucible All Stars Troops Pack. So if you want a chance to be featured on our site and be in the chance of winning a $50 voucher for the Raging Heroes site, then see below for full details and check back next month for the full article.

We will judge the entries and post our favorite reader submissions in our article on Tuesday 22 May 18.

All entries will be judge by a panel of TechRaptor staff. The judges’ decision is final.

Good luck to everyone who enters, and we look forward to viewing your work.
